Americans have long been burdened with unnecessarily high taxes that fund frivolous government programs. During my presidency, I promise to cut taxes for people in all tax brackets, while still keeping a graduated income tax. To balance out the tax cuts, we will also institute spending cuts. The public does not need to be paying for someone to paint pictures of fruit. Additionally, I will fight to reduce pork barrel legislation. Instead, that money should go back into the pockets of taxpayers. More money in the pockets of the American people means more money for those people to spend to stimulate our economy.
