The Roots

My name is Max Gersch, and I am running for president. I am currently the governor of Pennsylvania and before that I was a two term congressman. As a civil servant for Pennsylvania I promoted several bipartisan initiatives that allowed me to lower Pennsylvania's debt and crime rates. It pains me to leave this great state as Governor for the national stage, but as President I will continue to improve the lives of Pennsylvanians with the experience I have gained from serving my home state. The journey to get where I am today wasn’t easy. My father was a coal miner and my mother a school teacher. We didn’t have enough money to pay for college so I went to West Point to serve my country. This country gave me everything I have, and I believe it can do the same for you. I still believe in the American dream, for you, for me, for everyone here today.
