Foreign Policy
In the 21st century America faces a myriad of threats, and we need to prepare our country to meet those threats. The safety of our country is my foremost concern, and I will do everything in my power to ensure the safety of our people. In order to combat the alarming growth of terrorism, I plan to give our military greater autonomy in the field. Our armed forces need to be flexible and efficient, ready to strike anywhere and anytime. Not every decision needs to be run back to politicians in Washington with little military experience. North Korea and their nuclear capabilities are a menace, not only to our country, but to the entire world. We must do anything in our power to prevent the rise of a nuclear North Korea, and I am considering all options, politically, diplomatically, and if need be, militarily, to stop North Korea.
NATO is an effective method towards world peace and security, but America is contributing disproportionately more money to the program than any other country. This needs to end now. We need to enforce the rules of NATO in all countries and make sure all countries are held responsible for their share. The money that we will save by not paying for other countries will increase our spending budget and allow for more and more tax cuts that help businesses and the economy.
